By accessing or using genui.sh ("Service"), operated by Eduard Maghakyan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

genui.sh provides an API service that enables users to create, manage, and share rendered artifacts including markdown documents, charts, tables, and PDFs. Our Service allows you to transform data into shareable UI components through simple API calls.

3. User Accounts & API Keys

To use our Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. Upon registration, you will receive API keys to access our services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your contact information remains accurate

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API resources

5. Payment Terms

genui.sh offers the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan ($0/month): Up to 100 API calls per month, 10 artifacts storage, basic templates, and community support
• Pro Plan ($29/month): Up to 10,000 API calls per month, unlimited artifact storage, all templates, priority email support, and advanced analytics
• Enterprise Plan (Custom pricing): For organizations requiring higher volume limits, dedicated support, custom integrations, or SLA guarantees. Contact us at hello@genui.sh for a custom quote

Enterprise Plan Features:

• Higher API rate limits and volume (customized to your needs)
• Dedicated account manager and priority support
• Custom integrations and white-label options
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) with uptime guarantees
• Volume discounts for high-usage scenarios

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Enterprise agreements may have different billing terms as specified in individual contracts.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@genui.sh. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period or for subsequent billing cycles.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or generate through our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Service: The genui.sh platform, including all software, designs, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

8. Service Availability & Limitations

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be subject to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions. Rate limits apply to all API usage to ensure fair access for all users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENUI.SH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
